El proyecto se centra en la identificacion de los actores urbanos: estatales, privados y populares, en la construccion de ciudad. Para ello se han seleccionados tres ambitos espaciales asi: para los actores estatales, los proyectos de vivienda desarrollados por el ICT desde el ano 1947 hasta su disolucion en la decada de los ochenta; desde los actores privados, los proyectos llevados acabo por las firmas urbanizadoras mas emblematicas de la ciudad: Robledo Hermanos anos 50 hasta los 80; Urbanas, desde los anos 60 hasta la actualidad; Marval, desde los anos 70 hasta la actualidad y Hernandez Gomez desde los anos 80 hasta la actualidad; asi mismo se analizan proyectos de vivienda de iniciativa popular e informal, para ello se ha investigado los sectoresde Morrorico y la Cumbre. En todos los casos, la metodologia incorporo la localizacion y el levantamiento fisico de los proyectos, asi como la historizacion de la logica de ocupacion delterritorio.ABSTRACTThe research concentrates in the identification of the urban actors: State, private and popular, in the construction of city. In order to do such identification, three space scopes have beenselected thus: for the state actors, the housing projects developed by the ICT since 1947 to its dissolution in the Eighties; from the private actors, the projects carried out by the more emblematic urbanizing companies of the city: Robledo Hermanos since the 50´s through the 80´s; Urbanas S.A., from 60´s to the present time; Marval, from the 70´s until today and Hernandez Gomez from 80´s to the present time; this work also analyzes housing projects of popularand informal initiative, like the ones developed at Morrorico and La Cumbre sectors. In all thecases, the methodology incorporated the location and the physical rise of the projects, as wellas the history of the logic of occupation of the territory.
