An instrument is proposed to assess strategic learning based on the conception of the formation of learning strategies. I know expressed in a set of indicators of the learning process and outcome, based on a general learning strategy. This instrument of evaluation, can be used in the contexts of professional training of students but from its contextualization it can also be used in other educational levels
