From the study of the notion of segregation, we will approach the question of the psychoanalytic practice in an institution for psychotic and autistic children. Sigmund Freud and Jacques Lacan's elaborations in that regard reveal the paradoxal consistency of the segregating phenomenon and enable to elaborate a response. We show that the psychoanalyst's position in the heart of a non-segregating institution implies the consent of non-equitable bonds imposed by language.
