The obsolescence of technical objects, either programmed or perceived, makes them lose their function of use over time. The society needs to find a way to extend the lifecycles of these objects, in order to minimize the loss of human energy invested in their production. The cultural reinstallation of these objetcs raises as an appropiate way to render them capable of generating sense both at the individual and collective level, once their life as objects of consumption has concluded. Currently, cyberspace is the place where objects have been found the possibility of a definitive cultural reinstallation, since their conversion into images grants them an existence of wide dissemination. The radio receiver in cyberspace is a representative case of reinstallation.
