Office buildings include extensive glazed facades that could boost energy savings by the use of daylight. However, this light may also create some welfare problems for the occupants. This article shows the results of a research that proposes a post occupational methodology of evaluation for visual comfort, which was validated in the offices of Fondo de Vigilancia y Seguridad de Bogota and corroborates the importance of obtaining subjective data from users through surveys and its correlation with the technical information of lighting using photometric measurements and simulations.
