This qualitative and hermeneutic perspective, research had as its central purpose, analyze the policy of Inclusive Education (IE) from the perspective of the difference in the District Educational Institution (FDI) Between Clouds South East, at their headquarters B and C area elementary school located in the town quarter South San Cristobal de Bogota DC The research part, recognize the need to address the processes of educational inclusion, ie, meet the difference, considering that within the classroom, children from different ethnic groups, cultures, faiths, races, and even characterized by the presence of various special educational needs (SEN), and that is why it is proposed from research, an educational experience of implementing public policies that promote inclusive education in all areas of the institution and with all the people involved in the training process. In this sense, it opts for a type of research educational action, which involves collecting information directly from the environments and subjects of the institution, through semi-structured interviews and focus groups, research techniques that allowed information that was organized, qualitatively classified and categorized, in order to develop a process of triangulation data. Among the main findings of the research is the need to create and / or strengthen a culture of inclusive education, which is favored by teachers from their willingness, acceptance and professional commitment, in order to assess and enhance the diverse situations and characteristics of the population, according to the pedagogical and contextual reality of the institution. However, as projections of research is the possibility of suggesting to the Institution, adopted in the Institutional Education Project (PEI), some qualifications in terms of inclusive education policy, in order to realize the changes that must be experienced to school open the door to the inclusion seen from the difference.
