This article describes the process of identification and assessment of acquired skills for critical thinking in the production processes of companies Barrancabermeja. The target was based on the definition of the main characteristics of the output profile learner through the perception of entrepreneurs. It was developed through surveys of trainees and businessmen linked to the training project. Also, three types that defined the profile of the trainee supported by availability, responsibility, respect, communication, collaborative work and knowledge were categorized.
