Abstract:

This article reflects about transformations that have been emerging as the contemporary labor law from different perspectives such as new forms of labor recruitment in a globalized context, emerging innovative ways of working, job alternatives and hence the variation in delivery thereof; some scholars believe that in the country there have been legal rulings in favor of meeting certain demands made by international treaties, determining regulatory y jurisprudential developments in the area of labor law, however, high levels of evasion and failure incurred part of the business complacently of state institutions with respect to certain obligations to workers and the guarantee of social security, job security, time intensity, rewarding salaries, among other fundamental rights. This reflection tries to make a state of the art whose case the job security of staff in the judicial sector and the interpretation that could be made from the constitutional right without leaving the interdisciplinary analysis (economic and political incorporating this interesting study).
