The initiative to implement an Entrepreneurship Observatory, Business Culture and Entrepreneurship of SENA Finance Services Training Centre (OE-CSF), it is a proposal aimed at increasing the potential of the trainees of technical and technological level studies, so that they can join the production scenarios in the finance market with new skills and be able to face the technological advances of this market, in face of the demands of the scientific knowledge, innovation and technology of the productive sector of the country.This bibliographic review article seeks to contextualize the reader about the nature of entrepreneurship observatories and previous experiences in Colombia, in order to identify replicable practices to specify the practicality and impact that the OE-CSF would have on the business culture of apprentices and on the new research that may be carried out in relation to the training programmes offered by CSF. Here are recommendations on the activities that observatories of this type should develop, to become a strategic tool in the monitoring and assessment of productive sectors.
