The Center of Design and Technological Industrial Innovation (CDITI) as a governmental entity, is required to engage in processes of education, research and technological development, oriented on the thematic of energetic efficiency, due to a state policy (Law 1715 and decree 2469), which is undertaker and stimulate to public corporation in the implementation of mechaninms, oriented the efficient use of energy are ahead and the energy efficiency use prize is launched in Colombia. Based on the above in this document it is proposed a procedure based on data, with the purpose of establishing routes of action oriented to the energetic efficiency, applicable to each of the learning environments of the center. The strategy considers the following stages: Harmonic load modeling, Lighting profiles building, Thermographic recording of the learning environments and Technical losses calculation caused by frequency components, from direct measurements of voltage and current in the terminals of interest, lighting levels in the learning environments and identification of the nature of the load applying a diagnosis. Finally, the methodology considers a stage of final recommendations in function of the given results by the procedure execution.
