Introduction: Chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) is an inflammatory condition of the mucosa of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses with multiple etiologies. We present a case of CRS aggravated by Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease diagnosed by the presence of Enterobacter cloacae.
