This articles analyzes the changes that cultural legacy notion has experienced during the last decades, boosted by technology and theoretical, social, and cultural redefinitions within the globalization context and its consequences. The article suggests the necessity of taking changes into consideration in order to obtain a more accurate number of political and conceptual tools to manage legacy and find a suitable and renewed connection between people and their culture and legacy.
