Introduction: Fungal rhinosinusitis is reported in the medical literature for more than two centuries. However, for the past 25 years, it has received due attention, with increased diagnostic suspicion and improvement of laboratory techniques for detection of fungi. Your rating based on immunological relationship between the fungus and its host and the degree of mucosal invasion, it is important for the selection of an effective treatment and to establish outcome.
