In Mexico, the first decade of the third millennium has meant for the relations among indigenous peoples, society and state, a new way of relationship mediated since the institutionalization of indigenous state laws, which have functioned as a way to mitigate, fragment and decrease depth discussions regarding the delays in justice, social welfare and autonomy that today thousands of indigenous people still live. The text shows an analysis of the distinct events that have occurred over the last 15 years nationally and emphasizing the state of Queretaro pointing to detail the grammars of power with which the interethnic relations are written in this country.
