In recent years we have witnessed the change and transformation of society due to the introduction of new Information Technology and Communications (ICT). Public organizations are not immune to this transformation and must respond to the demands of society not only technological changes but the quality of services offered, including connectivity and the development of consistent teaching materials based on the population needs. Connectivity in rural areas contributes to the integration of technology with agriculture, livestock, aquaculture and in general, in the processes of exploitation of natural resources by small, medium and large producers. In many developed countries, connectivity is an integral part of the direct impact on how producers manage their businesses because they improve the ability of decision making as a result of permanent and updated information, and strengthen its position to negotiate and manage their productions. That's why rural training centers across the country play an increasingly important role in innovation and modernization processes being so close to the citizens and business role. This proximity allows them to know the reality in the towns, their resources, needs, constraints, among other aspects that require managers to develop actions that promote, encourage and involve innovation and technological development in rural areas, establishing action policies with the resulting economic and social benefit for rural areas and their inhabitants. This initiative aims to bring the information society to rural citizens to make them part of economic growth, competitiveness, generate employment and improve their quality of life. For these reasons, in the research groups DINAMOTIC and SENAAGROTIC, in coordination with Universidad Cooperativa and Universidad del Tolima and the SENA Agricultural Center from El Espinal Tolima joined efforts since 2012 to conduct research aimed at developing teaching materials related with technological transfer to the rural areas of Espinal - Tolima. specifically to the surrounding population coverage of approximately 10 km around the Agricultural Center La Granja This document describes a successful educational experience with school learners and their relationship with the different actors in their environment. An innovative way to bridge the technological gap that currently exists in rural areas in Colombia, promoting connectivity as an alternative to promote development through the implementation of ICT and connectivity to all farms in El Espinal in Tolima.
