En el escenario general de hechos sociales que preocupan, suele acudirse a lineamientos morales que permiten ajustar el comportamiento humano atendiendo el sentir etico de ciudadania. Ese sentir es resultado de la valoracion otorgada a los hechos que se perciben. La estimacion de hechos permite apreciar el mundo y la categoria de sus valores. De acuerdo a su apreciacion y juicio edificamos los valores que tanto estimamos.
