Introduction: The B-cell lymphoma affects about 90% of all cases of lymphoma. Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma is the most common form of non-Hodgkin lymphoma and mostly affects adults. The oral cavity constitutes approximately 2% of all non-Hodgkin lymphomas. The signs and symptoms of lymphoma in the oral cavity are of short duration and rapid progression of the lesion. The oral lesions are related to disease already widespread and rarely have their first appearance in the oral cavity.
