Through an analysis of the meaning of the wall, from a textile theory of architecture point of view proposed by Gottfried Semper, as well as an approach to the theme of experience, the importance of the Virgilio Barco Library designed by Rogelio Salmona wall can be seen. This importance can be understood in terms of the constructed and inhabitable area, and particular attention is paid to how there is constant interaction between concerns that affect the physical presentation of this element, which reveals a deep sense of democracy.
