This article proposed the creation of a thematic unit to be developed into a virtual learning environment (VLE), which encourage the college students under the distance mode, to reflect and learn about the reasons of the lack of ethic that actually affects the work of the Auditor. The proposed unit includes strategies built from the guidelines of Problem-based learning (PBL) and the staging of a real problem that allows the students built solutions and ethic reflections about the professional performance.
