The results of the tests know Pro are indicator of quality in Colombia, however do not correspond with the evaluative processes that advance the educational institutions and universities, because they are unaware of aspects relating to how to assess learning in the development of the process of teaching and learning. This research intends to determine if the tests know Pro results depend on the characteristics of the system of evaluation of the learning of Bachelor of education programmes at a distance in the Corporacion Universitaria del Caribe – CECAR in the Colombian Caribbean coast in different centers of attention Tutorial (CAT). The relevance and importance of this study lies in the issue of the assessment of learning is part of the curriculum and there is a vacuum of knowledge because on this topic in particular there are no studies of this type, much less engaging the population that occupies us. The specific objectives seek to characterise the system of evaluation of learning under three dimensions: dimension psychopedagogical and curricular; the dimension referring to the evaluative practices; and the normative dimension. This research is quantitative - descriptive because it seeks to show the characteristics of the system of evaluation of learning; analyze the results of the tests Saber Pro; and moreover it is longitudinal because it carried out during four semesters. The sample is taken based on a deliberate sampling with those students who are about to present evidence know pro. Their results will allow to generate a thesis which contributes to the advancement of science in this area and to the enrichment of the line of investigation concerning the quality of education in curriculum and assessment of the Group's research in the Division a Distancia - IDEAD of CECAR.
