The bone metastases is a condition that often impresses of negative form thefunctionality and quality of life of the patients with cancer, for which dealer turns this condition into a challenge for the oncological group and of support; especially for the specialists in rehabilitation, who must look for a balance between the risks of appearance of adverse events because of its interventions and the preservation of the functionality.The object of this review is to announce the main rules on the clinical diagnosis, theimaging diagnosis, the essentials of the surgical treatment and the options inrehabilitation, so that the specialist could take the best decisions of treatment andestablish efficient rehabilitation targets in the patients with bone metastases.
