El proyecto se desarrollo desde la comprension de la problematica de la vivienda de interessocial en Colombia y particularmente en Quibdo, Choco. La solucion se plantea desdetres escalas de aproximacion: la ciudad como elemento de analisis para proponer sistemasfuncionales y su forma de configurarla, la unidad de actuacion urbanistica para el sectordesde la implantacion del proyecto, y la propuesta arquitectonica para el desarrollo delproyecto de vivienda y las unidades de vivienda, escala en la cual se le dio especial importanciaa la flexibilidad en la vivienda, el manejo bioclimatico y la relacion de la vivienda conlas caracteristicas funcionales que permitieran proveer condiciones adecuadas de entornofisico, economico, social y cultural.El proyecto se llevo a cabo con la coordinacion del Arq. Luis Ardila Cancino y con la asesoriadel Arq. Jose Alejandro Gomez Suarez. ABSTRACT The project was developed from the understanding of the problematic of the social interesthousing in Colombia and particularly in Quibdo, Choco.
