Bearing in mind that currently exists very little literature that allows cover in the same method the strategic assessment and the operational alignment based on modeling standards, this paper presents a methodology that allows to evaluate how effective (in reason of what is desired or expected) is defined organizational strategy, allowing - Holistically - and based on the own dynamics of the business context, align the strategic-operational models in an early and predictive process prior to the literal implementation in their processes. The current proposal adopts standards as VMOST and BMM for defining the strategic model, i* to assess qualitative and iteratively the defined business motivation and to reduce the existing gap between the abstract model of high-level and the operational model, in addition to BPMN for representing the resulting operating business model.
