The learning management systems are born as new favorable virtual scenarios for the teaching. This paper present the application of knowledge management methods to optimize the use of learning objects in specific topics of subjects, courses, or seminars in virtual scenarios; therefore, a model is presented for knowledge transfer in the learning and the results of its application are exposed.
