La justicia transicional es la apertura a espacios de concertacion en busca de dirimir conflictos que historicamente irrumpen en el pais, quebrantando con su presencia la paz, y vulnerando los derechos humanos de las victimas de la guerra, en tanto se distancian del ideal de justicia, reparacion y verdad. Es por ello que se han creado mecanismos juridicos conducentes a sancionar los delitos impunes y lograr la efectividad de la reconciliacion, indagar sobre los hechos acaecidos, los intervinientes, las acciones u omisiones efectuadas, para exaltar la dignidad humana e identificar las responsabilidades individuales y colectivas. Abstract Transitional justice is beginning to opportunities and spaces for consensus in which conflicts have historically broken the peace, breach of the human rights of victims of war to be dealt; and they have distanced themselves from the ideal of justice, reparation and truth. It is therefore, we have created conducive legal mechanisms to punish crimes unpunished and achieve effective reconciliation, investigate the events, the participants, the actions or omissions made, to exalt human dignity and identify individual responsibilities and collective.
