In the assembly industry of autoclaves at a national level, a number of processes appear in the chain of production. In them, the control of thermal processes has become a critical and fundamental task, and is of interest to investigate exhaustively, in the presence of temperature, the reproduction as the elimination of microorganisms. In such sense, this article is centered in the process of sterilization, describing its fundamental theoretical cpricepts as well as the subliroces-aes that appear. Likewise, a study is conducted that springs from the mathematical modeling, and it is centered in the experimeritation orientecl,to the evaluation of the effectiveness of the process, as well as in the analysis, design and execution of a protocol of validation of the saine one. The experimental autoclaves were automatically made by triplicate, registering .automatically the temperatures of 16,channels of measurement; calculating; in real time, the equivalent time (Fo) in,each one of the channels and taking place simultaneously a challenge with a combined biologic al indicator with a chemical tracer. The experimental results demonstrated the effectiveness a the studied processes, with the patterns of defined Joad; as well as the configuration of the cycles of the sterilizer. As a perspective, it is considered to extend the results in the hospital environinents.
