Abstract:

This document presents the model of intervention and innovation for the management of organizations (MIIGO), aimed at improving the organizational culture in enterprises, which, in turn, is based on the instruments of situational analysis of the modernization model for the management of organizations (MMGO). There are key questions as what I want to modify? When is best to carry out the intervention? who should participate? how much do cost you the Organization?, to optimize the effectiveness of the processes in the companies.
