Objetivo : Disenar y validar un instrumento (TECOBOY) basado en juegos tradicionales de Colombia, adaptados para medir las capacidades coordinativas en el ambiente escolar. Metodo. El estudio Metodologico, descriptivo con analisis de datos que incluyo prueba de validez facial, constructo y confiabilidad. La muestra fueron 303 ninos escolarizados matriculados en la Escuela Normal Superior Maria Auxiliadora de Villapinzon Cundinamarca. Con edades comprendidas entre 10 y 12 anos. Resultados : El analisis de los componentes indica una estructura de 44 items conformada por 10 componentes que explican el 67,62% de la varianza total. El instrumento mostro un Alfa de Cronbach de 0,93 mostrando un alto nivel de confiabilidad. Conclusion: El instrumento TECOBOY demuestra que posee las capacidades psicometricas validas para su aplicacion en el ambito escolar de Villapinzon. Goal: Designing and validating an instrument (TECOBOY) based in traditional games of Colombia, adapted to measure the coordinative abilities in the school environment. The tool showed a Cronbach’s Alpha of 0,93 showing a high level of reliability. Conclusion: the tool TECOBOY demonstrates that it has the valid psychometric abilities to its application in the scholar environment of Villapinzon.
