The purpose of this paper is to present the results of a research that was done in order to design an information system for the analysis of systems for measuring the information society. To achieve the results, the Design of Information Systems - DSI proposed from the Soft Systems Thinking was taken as research methodology. The Human Activity Systems were used for defining the activities to be supported, and an agile approach to software development, specifically; the method called extreme programming was used. The main results were: defining the indicators analysis process, a software tool that allows the recording of information relating to measure systems to be analyzed, and the analysis criteria, classification of variables and indicators and report generation and descriptive statistics of the variables and indicators analyzed.
