The purpose of this article is to analyze the indicators related with labor incomes and working times under the International Labor Organization methodological proposal, within their decent labor program. The data was obtained from the Great Household Integrated Survey done by the National Statistics Administrative Department corresponding to 2012–2014. The measurement was done both for Antioquia as well as for the municipalities belonging to the Metropolitan Area of the Aburra Valley. The results must be understood as a base line and these show that labor income is not allowing a group of working individuals to stepoutside the poverty line. It also shows that part of this population works more hours than permitted.
