Civil Engineering offices were offered in 2013 during the LACCEI conference as an integrated proposal to get to know Civil Engineering overall using case studies involving rural populations, wherein as soon as the problem is presented, analysis and proposal of issues in this context generates a solution model.In so doing there is demonstrable follow-up over these three years and an opportunity to review the impact of these offices in terms of training in these communities and in some cases present the Civil Engineering students of the University of Gran Colombia at international conferences challenging them to apply their knowledge and offering them an opportunity to work in the community with a high degree of satisfaction and commitment.
