Objective: To evaluate satisfaction of users attending the Clinical laboratory of a Level II Health Care provider, in Cartagena city. Methods: A descriptive, transversal study was performed by using a convenience sampling of 132 users attending the Clinical laboratory of a Level II Health Care provider, in Cartagena city. Measurement was made through administration of a survey which included socio-demographic variables, and individual perception on quality attributes of service provision. Results: 59.5% of surveyed individuals are female, and 46.2% male, ranging 61 to 80 years age. Regarding service opportuneness, 50% are satisfied, 9 of each 10 users are satisfied about treatment received from the Clinical laboratory personnel involved in the process. 93.9% are satisfied regarding clearness of information provided by the Laboratory. Finally, 98.5% reported global satisfaction about serviced received from the Clinical Laboratory. Conclusion: Most users attending the Clinical Laboratory, during the studied period of time, are happy about services provided by the Laboratory.
