Objetivo: identificar los factores de riesgo que dificultan la efectividad del Metodo Madre Canguro en madres adolescentes del regimen subsidiado en Bogota D.C. Metodologia: estudio cualitativo con enfoque hermeneutico (revision bibliografica). Se analizaron 23 articulos cientificos relacionados con el abordaje del metodo madre canguro y los factores de riesgo en madres adolescentes del regimen subsidiado, de los cuales se excluyeron 7 por su bajo impacto en el desarrollo de la investigacion. Resultados: se identifico que las madres adolescentes con un nivel socioeconomico bajo constituyen un grupo poblacional vulnerable no solo como individuo sino como actor social y familiar, caracteristicas indispensables en la implementacion del MMC, vulnerabilidad, que madres adolescentes pero con un nivel socioeconomico medio alto podrian superar gracias a un soporte mayor en su entorno obteniendo asi mas herramientas individuales y sociales que les permitan la implementacion de MMC con mejores resultados en el prematuro. Conclusion: el nivel socioeconomico como problematica social incrementa la posibilidad de que se dificulte el apego a conductas saludables o a la implementacion de metodos como el MMC. Abstract Objective: identify risk factors that hinder the effectiveness of Kangaroo Mother Care in subsidized teen mothers in Bogota D.C. Methodology: qualitative hermeneutic approach (literature review). We analyzed 23 scientific articles related to the approach of KMC and risk factors in adolescent mothers subsidized scheme, of which seven were excluded because of its low impact on the development of research. Results: it was found that adolescent mothers with low socioeconomic status are a vulnerable population group not only as an individual but as a social and family characteristics essential in the implementation of MMC, vulnerability to teenage mothers but with a medium-high socioeconomic level could overcome through greater support in their environment thus obtaining more individual and social tools that will allow the implementation of MMC with better results in the premature. Conclusion: socioeconomic status and social problems increases the possibility that hinder adherence to healthy behaviors or implementing methods such as MMC.
