This paper presents a Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on the Theory of Planned Behavior for assessing the variables that influence the mobile learning acceptance. For this study has been considered a representative sample of 350 students from "Instituto Tecnológico Metropolitano" (ITM). The KMO (Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin) and Bartlett's test of sphericity indicate that a factor analysis is adequate. All constructs are statistically significant; also the goodness of fit test indicates that the model fits the data very well. This paper presents a SEM model which identifies the influence of next constructs: the ease of use, perceived usefulness, instructor preparation, preparation of student, the attitudes and subjective norms regarding the acceptability of mobile technologies. Besides the construct that most influences the latent variable attitude is the perceived usefulness, while the construct that most influences the latent variable subjective norms is the preparation of students.
