The text is a result of a research named "Alvaro Uribe's government: Authoritarian regime in the context of security globalization".Here, a first part is presented in the frame study that aimed democracy and globalization analysis, the democracy crisis for global state of war, market economy power, the struggle against terrorism and security transnational policies.The globalization phenomenon is stated and how it has repercussions for world and Colombian poverty, requesting at the same time for how come the creation of democracy security policy in our country.
