Lung cancer presents a case of patient with acute respiratory insufficiency due to critical trachea obstruction by bronchogenic tumor intraluminal commitment type, poorly differentiated squamous; at this stage it has been made rigid bronchoscopy, tumor with electrofulguration, mechanic debunking, trachea bronchoplasty and It takes immediate acute illness resolution; later he received cisplatin / gemcitabin chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
