EnglishSe realizo un estudio de las propiedades opticas no-lineales del aceite de oliva en estado extra virgen y diluido en alcohol etilico a niveles de concentracion de 75% y 50%. Para la caracterizacion de las muestras se utilizo la tecnica Z-Scan por transmision en configuracion cerrada. Como fuente de excitacion se uso un laser de Nd:YAG emitiendo en 532nm. Para el control de la tecnica se implemento una interfaz en LabVIEW que permite monitorear en tiempo real el desarrollo de la medida. A partir de las curvas de transmitancia obtenidas se calculo el indice de refraccion no-lineal para cada muestra. Los resultados muestran una variacion de las propiedades opticas no-lineales del aceite de oliva extra virgen cuando es diluido en alcohol etilico. EnglishA study of non-linear optical properties of extra virgin olive oil diluted in ethylic alcohol at different levels of concentration was made: 75% and 50%. The Z-Scan technique by transmission was used for the characterization of samples in closed settings, and it was also used as the excitation source an Nd-YAG laser emitting in 532nm. For the control of the technique was implemented an interface in LabVIEW that allowed us to visualized and control the development of the Z-Scan technique in real time. From the transmittance curves obtained was possible to calculate for each sample the nonlinear refractive index. The obtained results show a variation of the non-linear optical properties of extra virgin olive oil when it is diluted in alcohol.
