Managing the Performance Evaluation Process plays a leading role in ensuring efficient business entities. At the University of Information Sciences is performed through indicators established models that are reflected in the skills of workers. However, it is not possible to report on their behaviour, nor have techniques for help in making decisions on evaluations. This paper describes the solution to the problem from the computerization of the Performance Evaluation Process for which there was a coded Web application using PHP where an inference engine implemented using aggregation operators for information on the prioritization requirements to contribute to decision-making on the performance evaluation. Codelgniter Fremework was used as database managerPostgreSQL, Public Key Infrastructure to sign electronic documents.The system also provides a set of reports that provide management information to senior management, with agility, accuracy, reduces the cost of material and human resources.
