This article attempts to address the study of the field of legal education as a criterion where the pedagogical practice in the teaching of Law and its relation with the social space are questioned. Law as discipline in our country considers a civil law tradition as an immediate source of our system and legal culture. This presupposition orientates the ways as legal educational models are structured in relation with the pedagogical practices and perceptions of law in our society. To date, the studies that address the field of legal education start from some considerations of the way as legal knowledge in the teaching of law are transmitted. This study addresses the different relations and interactions established in the field of the legal education as a practice of social construction.
