This article intends to present and promote the rights of crime victims from the new system of investigation and prosecution of criminal accusatory trend that was implemented in Colombia through Law 906 of 2004, which develops academic work first, analyzing the new quality that plays the victim into the adversarial system that took effect punitive, later to examine the legal development and above all it has achieved solidify jurisprudential recognition of the victim as special intervening in the national criminal procedure.
