This research is aimed to show whether, in the National Police, is possible to evaluate each of its members in an objective manner, since it applied the number three evaluation form set out in Decree 1800/2000 in addiction to the systematization of the information. Also, through data collection, was observed the annual performance of the police in the security plan called “Sabanal, Departamento de Córdoba” as a whole, in terms of: franchises, permits, excuses, reprimands, negative entries, cooperating network, received information, requests for patrols, community activities, training and physical activity.
