This paper presents an analysis of the prospects of a City Educational Project (PEC) from systemic articulation of social processes and training in both directions. We understand then the PEC as a comprehensive training structure, able to structure and meaning to the social fabric and its inter-and multidisciplinary dialogue with the different scenarios and emerging trend facing the city and the possibilities this coated inside and outside the formal processes training, consistent with the complex dynamics of social and human development, and its phenomenal sustainability, ethics and discursive.Among the possibilities and ways of being social development, identifies the need to integrate basic social settings (family, school) and complementary (contexts) whose relevance is estimated from the degree of significance and scope relegating its incorporation and inclusion multidisciplinary law transformation.
