Abstract:

This article analyze some aspects relatives to the colombian legislation for the education in architecture, answer to questions on the existence of a legislation to level of pertinent limits and approaches directives to the formation in architecture, to attend the problems of the local context in the 21st century, In order to give fulfillment to the established in the national constitution of 1991, in relation to the topic of the aims and ends of the education. The thesis that develops in the work raises the presence of a hegemonic vision in the speech that is adopted as the Colombian academy, in absence of a legislation that takes a critical position as for the way to continuing in the education of the architecture.
