Companies continuously face challenges given by the dynamism of the environment to which they belong, such that an uncertain future awaits them.For this reason, organizational strategy plans that allow them to anticipate the future are included. One of the most important challenges is the technology and telecommunications due to the rapid evolution of these, in response to the changing dynamics of the market. Through foresight it seeks to analyze the long-term future of science and technology and its impact on society, according to the company goals. This article presents methods and techniques or methodologies used for technology foresight for emerging companies, in which the most relevant is the qualitative involving internal and external stakeholders. For emerging companies, it should be used qualitative methods, so that they learn from external experts. In relation to the actors involved: the prospective researcher or coordinator, who through a process of observation, define the business environment; Company workers who make use of information and communications technology in production processes of the organization; and experts who are responsible for identifying the possible scenarios in which the organization is displayed, from the trend of technology. This form of application allows for different perspectives that allows an understanding of the environment and the actions themselves to determine the prospective vision and the impact on business and society.
