El artículo es el resultado de una investigación socio-jurídica relacionada con el tema de la crisis judicial. Este trabajo investigativo se estructuró alrededor del tema de los jueces de paz y los conciliadores en equidad de la región Surcolombiana, trabajo que se desarrolló en torno a la pregunta: ¿Es la justicia de paz en las actuales circunstancias de violencia que afrontan las ciudades capitales del Huila, Tolima y Caquetá, una solución adecuada a los conflictos cotidianos de sus comunidades?AbstractThe article is the result of a social-juridical investigation related with the topic of the judicial crisis. This investigative work was structured around the topic of the peace judges and the conciliator in equity of the South Colombian región, work that was developed into the question: Is the peace justice in the present violence circumstances that confronts the capital cities of Huila, Tolima and Caqueta, an adequate solution to the daily conflicts of their citizens?
