In order to present an attractive academic and cultural alternative that would allow students from last semester civil engineering program, the Universidad La Gran Colombia in conjunction with the Instituto Tecnologico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, Chihuahua headquarters, they organized the seminar international civil Engineering: Geotechnical applied for infrastructure, carried out between 02 and 12 December 2014, in the city of Chihuahua -Mexico. The event allowed the students of the Great Colombia to take this seminar as one of several degree options offered by the faculty. Perception surveys, as well as the behavior and expectations of students facing academic events such internationalization were analyzed, finding a high degree of satisfaction for students and faculty participants.
