Este texto senala las modificaciones que introducen las literaturas tecnicas al convertirse en mediaciones culturales, movidas en su interes por facilitar las transferencias tecnologicas en contextos perifericos; dicha tendencia se circunscribira en un arco temporal que se inicia con las laminas didacticas de L’Encyclopedie en el siglo XVIII y que tendra su punto algido con la masificacion de los logros tecnicos en los siglos XIX y XX a traves de publicaciones divulgadoras o de extension. Se considerara aqui que este proceso es paralelo a la consolidacion, dentro del Estado moderno, de la cultura tecnica como un nuevo grupo de accion frente a la tradicional tension entre la alta cultura y la cultura de masas. En una entrega anterior1 se analizaban las modificaciones iconograficas de los modos de representacion propios de la cultura tecnica en la primera mitad del siglo XX; ahora se asociaran estos cambios de la imagen tecnica con ciclos mas amplios y de mayor duracion: de un lado, las alteraciones en los procesos creativos de los gremios constructivos y en los modos de transmision del saber tecnico; de otro lado, la aceptacion creciente de la higiene y la masificacion de la vida acomodada por parte de los usuarios de las nuevas tecnologias del confort en los confines del espacio domestico. ABSTRACT This text refers to the changes that introduce the technical literatures when they become cultural mediations, boosted in their interest to facilitate technology transfers in peripheral contexts; such trend will go along in a time span that begins with flashcards in L’Encyclopedie in the eighteenth century and which will reach its highest point with the massification of the technical achievements in the nineteenth and twentieth centuries through disclosed or extension publications.Be considered here that this process is parallel to the consolidation of the technical culture as a new action group opposed to the traditional tension between high culture and mass culture within the modern State. In a previous installment2 the iconographic changes of the ways of representation proper of the technical culture in the first half of the XX century were analized. Now, these changes will be associated to the technical image with broader and longer-lasting cycles: On one side, the alterations in the creative processes of the construction unions and in the ways of transmission of technical knowledge, on the other hand, the growing acceptance of hygiene and life massification settled by the users of the new technologies of comfort within the confines of the domestic space.
