The quality management systems (QMS) are a must for any organisation in the 21st century that wants to be competitive in a globalised market and requiring to be sustainable, given the high demands of today's markets. In Colombia, companies with comprehensive certificates of quality (ISO 9001, ISO 18001 and ISO 14001) still generate a differentiation that tends to disappear with respect to his competence, given that these SGC are becoming a staple to enter the markets.
