The structural design of detailed engineering mechanisms enables the analysis of systems in terms of rotational and translational motions, generating a system of equations, from which it is possible to make a mathematical modeling of the mechanical system for subsequent emulation and control through its state space representation in discrete time. The paper shows the emulation results of a vehicle seat scissor mechanism, controlled by one direct current motor used for the displacement and a second motor that allows the seat inclination control. The load of these motors is obtained from the structural design analysis performed with a CAD tool. The most important result of this work is the dynamical emulation, in embedded systems of the analyzed elements, to obtain a dynamical answer model prior to its implementation.
