El presente articulo es una propuesta para la implementacion a nivel internacional del SISANFUT, un novedoso sistema computarizado de anotacion en futbol, estandarizado y valorado en Neiva (Colom- bia), que permite cuantificar el rendimiento de los futbolistas y sus respectivos equipos a la defensiva y a la ofensiva. El software suministra ademas indices que en el ambiente futbolistico mundial pueden utilizarse para jerarquizar entrenadores y equipos segun su efectividad en la practica. Se describe cada uno de los elementos que suministra la aplicacion. Abstract This article is a proposal directed to introduce at international level the SOCANSYS, a new computarized system standardized and structured in Neiva (Colombia). It allows to value objectively the sportive performance of each player or team at defensive, at offensive, at and goal site. It gives the necessary elements to calculate the teams’ performance after each championship ( the SOCCEFIN ). This rating which can be used in determining the real cathegory of a team after each tournament. The word SOCCEFIN comes from the Soccer Efectivity Index, which is by joinning a great parameter in order to value the real performance of a team in each championship keeping in mind the quality and hierarchy of the other teams in dispute.
